PMO Lead – ERP Transformation Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO functions throughout the ERP transformation initiative

• Guarantee alignment among various projects and workstreams

• Facilitate program governance, which includes Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status updates

• Manage the financial aspects of the program, covering budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting

• Track and uphold program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues when necessary

• Organize vendor sourcing efforts, including the review and approval of service and licensing agreements

• Assist in integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements

• Administer and sustain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in program and project management

• A minimum of 3 years in a PMO leadership position within a large-scale international ERP transformation program

• Experience with at least one complete SAP ERP implementation cycle

• Preference for candidates with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience

• Strong understanding of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting

• Proficient in SAP Activate methodology

• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities

• Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or an equivalent project/program management certification

• Proficient in business English (both written and spoken)
