This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage work intake as the primary access point for all IT tasks, which includes classification, routing, and handoff.
• Direct executive communications regarding intake processes and work prioritization.
• Lead scoping and feasibility discussions in collaboration with technical leadership.
• Oversee the delivery framework, PMO methodologies, standard operating procedures, and related templates.
• Administer the risk register, change advisory board, and release governance activities.
• Take ownership of the SDLC workflow and implement Agile methodologies across delivery teams.
• Organize regular cross-team synchronization meetings and a scrum of scrums.
• Generate the weekly major project status report for executive leaders.
• Keep the intake and delivery dashboard updated.
• Manage monthly capacity reporting and deliver capital project calculations to the Finance department.
• Oversee Jira and Confluence administration across the organization.
• Design and maintain automations for stale tasks, failed quality gates, and blocked items.
• Leverage agentic AI to enhance reporting and analysis processes.
• Manage IT-wide communications, including newsletters, digests, and product update forums.
• Conduct office hours and develop training materials.
• Handle vendor relationships and contracts in conjunction with the Director of the PMO.
• A minimum of six years in PMO operations, project coordination, or delivery operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
• Proficient in process design, governance, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and the software development lifecycle, including workflow design and quality gates.
• Excellent written communication skills tailored for executive and organization-wide audiences.
• Proven experience presenting priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions directly to senior leadership.
• Skilled in facilitating recurring forums with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable utilizing agentic AI as a functional tool rather than a sporadic experiment.
• Background in automating reporting, analysis, or documentation with AI, along with the discernment to know when it should not be applied.
• Diligence in validating AI outputs before they are presented to an executive audience.
• Willingness to integrate AI into PMO processes.
• Preferred: Experience supporting an executive or C-suite reporting cadence.
• Preferred: Experience in Agile coaching or enablement.
• Preferred: Expertise in vendor and contract management, including renewals and performance oversight.
• Preferred: Certifications in PMP, portfolio management, Lean, Agile, or process improvement.
