This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and formulate diagnoses.
• Prescribe and oversee the management of psychotropic medications.
• Monitor patient treatment responses and modify care plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with therapists and other healthcare providers in an integrated care model.
• Perform TMS cortical mappings as required by the site or partner practice.
• Supervise staff technicians conducting daily TMS treatments as needed by the site or partner practice.
• Deliver thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, TMS services when applicable, and ongoing outpatient treatment.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in the state where healthcare services are delivered.
• Valid and unrestricted nursing licenses in the state where healthcare services are provided.
• A valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number along with all other legally required licenses and certificates for prescribing medications, including controlled substances.
• At least 1 year of post-certification experience; outpatient experience is preferred.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical processes and procedures.
• Adequate or required Professional Liability Insurance policy.
• Adherence to regulations concerning prescription drug monitoring programs.
• Experience in treating a diverse range of age groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with telepsychiatry is preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based medication protocols is preferred.
