This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a technical implementation team in all facets of solution deployment.
• Organize workshops, create solutions, and establish stakeholder consensus for timely delivery that aligns with business value.
• Design conceptual solution architecture utilizing standard and custom applications for comprehensive customer solutions.
• Guide and assist in the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conduct solution analysis and prepare customer-facing proposals and statements of work.
• Convert customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite.
• Lead or engage in Proof of Concept initiatives for major prospects.
• Provide methodology and tool recommendations to the professional services team.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Delegate tasks and review team deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee and manage project teams, including both onsite and offshore technical teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of experience in PLM deployment.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise PLM software deployments in a Consultant/Architect capacity.
• Proven experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and VS Team Services.
• Background in Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace, or Shipbuilding.
• Industry expertise in Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, and CMII change management.
• Willingness to travel 50%, mainly regionally with frequent 1–2 day trips as required.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.
• In-depth understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficient in drafting clear Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, SQL Server, Microsoft Office, SQL scripting (Transact-SQL), SQL triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
• Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL.
• Experience with data migration techniques from legacy systems.
• Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and managing multiple concurrent projects.
