Playwright MCP Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks and workflows using Playwright.

• Automate interactions with web applications effectively.

• Execute browser automation, UI testing, end-to-end test automation, and validate web applications.

• Retrieve data from systems lacking API access.

• Integrate Playwright with AI-driven agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or orchestration tools powered by AI.

• Develop automated test scripts and workflows for browser interactions.

• Perform regression testing as required.

• Incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Identify and resolve issues in automated tests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright.

• Proven experience in browser automation and UI testing.

• Strong background in developing end-to-end test automation frameworks.

• Proficiency in crafting automated test scripts and workflows for browser interactions.

• Experience in validating web applications and conducting regression testing.

• Background in automated data extraction and web scraping.

• Familiarity with integrating systems that do not offer APIs.

• Solid programming and scripting skills in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.

• Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

• Capability in debugging and troubleshooting automated tests.

• Proficient with Git and source-control workflows.

• Experience in integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

• Preferred experience in connecting Playwright with AI-powered agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or AI-driven orchestration tools.
