Platform Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Lead the operational oversight of the entire process for managing and executing advertising campaigns across major platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, and Microsoft.

• Address and resolve delivery issues on advertising platforms, ranging from rejected creatives to API malfunctions.

• Analyze and tackle challenges arising from publisher changes, policy updates, and ecosystem developments.

• Collaborate with the Product team to define tools, automations, and workflows that support production processes and operational activities.

• Work alongside Customer Success and Support to classify incidents, assess their impact, communicate realistic timelines, and maintain high communication standards with clients.

• Manage offshore operational teams across different time zones, ensuring quality, coordination, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in managing digital platforms.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their applications in digital marketing, workflow automation, content generation, and data analysis.

• Advanced understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for creating, optimizing, and analyzing campaign performance.

• Experience managing Meta Business Manager (BM), advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access management.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring and management tools, such as Google Analytics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

• Basic technical skills, including API management, cloud computing, and CRM systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in incident management.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to working within cross-functional teams.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and technological innovation.

• Possession of an active VAT number.
