This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Join the Engineering Platform - Evolving Assets team and contribute to the advancement of the internal engineering platform.
• Develop and enhance continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and future initiatives with GitHub Actions.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift-based platforms, managing and deploying applications in containerized environments.
• Design and create dashboards, metrics, and observability solutions utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Automate tasks and processes using Shell Scripting.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices in Platform Engineering, deployment, monitoring, and application operation.
• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement, automation, and the evolution of the technology platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar roles within Engineering Platform teams.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in development and operational platform environments.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; knowledge of GitHub Actions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automation through Shell Scripting.
• Experience in observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack, including the creation of dashboards, metrics, and reports.
• Knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals in enterprise cloud environments.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative Platform Engineering environments.
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum B2 level of English is valued.
• Experience or knowledge in Backstage, GitHub Actions, advanced observability, automation, Agile/DevOps/Platform Engineering methodologies, and relevant certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure DevOps, or Cloud are valued.
