This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design and execution of significant features and projects for the Integrations Platform, which includes SDKs, agents, job pipelines, and associated services, from initial concept to customer production.
• Propel the advancement of the integration authoring experience, incorporating AI-driven workflows.
• Advocate for reliability, scalability, and observability throughout the agent ecosystem and the integrations lifecycle.
• Develop developer tools, packages, and libraries to minimize friction and expedite integration development and adoption.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and customer success teams to convert customer requirements into technical designs.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship through design reviews, architectural insights, and hands-on support.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives that encompass workflow orchestration, service scaling, and job orchestration.
• Assess and implement emerging technologies and frameworks for integration authoring, automation, and platform enhancements.
• Manage coordination across the entire stack, from deployment infrastructure and server code to SDKs, agents, and modules across various operating systems and deployment targets.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with considerable time spent designing and scaling distributed systems, developer platforms, or integration frameworks.
• Proven experience overseeing the architecture of substantial features or subsystems from start to finish.
• Proficient coding skills across backend services, SDKs, developer tools, and agent-based systems.
• Familiarity with technologies including Python, Go, Java, C#, and TypeScript/React.
• Experience working on edge platforms, particularly Windows, in addition to Linux desktop/server and macOS.
• Understanding of OS-specific permissions, services/daemons, packaging, and filesystem considerations.
• Experience with orchestration models for distributed systems, such as DAG-based schedulers, event-driven pipelines, actor systems, or queue-based task workers.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted development or agentic workflow systems.
• Strong foundation in system reliability, security, and performance optimization for developer-facing platforms.
• A history of technical leadership and mentorship.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident residing within the United States.
