📋 Description

• Develop internal platform capabilities and enhance infrastructure efficiency.

• Enable product engineering teams to scale effectively while minimizing operational strain.

• Cultivate relationships with engineering teams and assess modifications across products and users.

• Assist engineering teams in adopting operational practices and tools, including troubleshooting support.

• Integrate security into platform foundations, encompassing IAM, secrets management, network controls, and compliance measures.

• Take ownership of projects from design to production.

• Identify obstacles and independently resolve them.

• Deliver smaller, incremental enhancements.

• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders across various functions.

• Establish processes from the ground up in uncertain situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering.

• Strong expertise in AWS, including Organizations, account management, and IAM.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and Docker-based containerization.

• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.

• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code and Copilot.

• Experience in developing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability, as well as exposure to Azure and Artifactory, are considered advantages.
