This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee the comprehensive installation schedule, outlining sequential assembly work orders in partnership with the Site Manager and Construction Manager.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and ensure adherence to deadlines and project milestones.

• Guarantee the availability of labor, tools, equipment, and materials.

• Oversee the logistics of receiving and storage, ensuring the site is supplied according to the plan.

• Track subcontractor progress by comparing planned outcomes with actual performance.

• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage risks that could affect the project timeline.

• Ensure the implementation of the most current design revisions (Issued for Construction).

• Assist in managing non-conformities (NCRs) from a schedule-impact viewpoint and coordinate solutions with Engineering and Management.

• Evaluate feedback from field operations and improve future planning.

• Foster a culture of lessons learned and transform challenges into standards for productivity.

• Incorporate HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols into every aspect of the schedule, prioritizing safety and asset protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrotechnical disciplines, or a university degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Previous experience in managing planning for electromechanical construction projects, particularly in hydroelectric power plants and small hydropower plants (SHPs).

• Advanced skills in planning software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Advanced Spanish skills, including technical translation and the ability to communicate effectively in meetings.

• Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally and relocate to project sites.
