This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Develop routing plans utilizing work order data alongside routing analysis software.
• Relay routing information to service personnel within designated territories.
• Review and summarize daily plans with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Prepare daily summary reports for submission to the supervisor.
• Modify territory plans to ensure effective and efficient tactical route planning for assigned branch locations on a daily and weekly basis.
• Evaluate plans, resource availability, and territory information.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer data.
• Report daily metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor as well as Branch Managers and Technicians.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• Collaborate with leaders in planning and scheduling, branch and service managers, technicians, contact center colleagues, North America managers, and key customers.
• In-depth knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of branch service department resources, territory structure, recurring service planning, and schedule availability for unplanned demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including public speaking.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and/or government regulations.
• Capacity to manage multiple repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of texting software or other necessary applications for the role.
• Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and the public.
• Fundamental understanding of company operating systems.
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service representative.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while operating office equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions.
• Close visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks, data analysis, computer-screen monitoring, and reading.
