Planner – Furniture & Monitors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Execute replenishment and order creation for Furniture and Monitors.

• Oversee the dropship vendor network, including tracking availability, coordinating deliveries, and resolving discrepancies.

• Manage monthly Open-to-Buy contributions through trend analysis, risk identification, and forecast revisions.

• Provide weekly sales and inventory summaries with actionable insights.

• Develop pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU levels.

• Monitor out-of-stock situations and discontinued items, proactively communicating risks.

• Collaborate with Merchandising on new product launches and assortment modifications.

• Report to Division 3 Planning and work together with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing dropship inventory.

• Proven record of handling replenishment and order creation for complex categories.

• Familiarity with long lead times, freight considerations, or dispersed vendor networks.

• Comfortable utilizing a planning system and quickly adapting to new tools such as NetSuite or Sigma.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Ability to work confidently with large datasets.

• Strong understanding of retail math and inventory planning principles, including OTB, WOS, and sell-through metrics.

• Excellent communication skills with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Regular engagement with AI tools and a keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
