Placement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive client engagement process from start to finish.

• Utilize intake forms and organization-wide ATS systems to pinpoint candidates that align with client skill requirements.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Facilitate discovery calls to clarify client needs.

• Demonstrate Wing Assistant’s value and introduce live, vetted candidates during calls.

• Secure deals while client interest is at its peak and outline next steps prior to concluding calls.

• Formalize agreements in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.

• Maintain an updated, taggable pool of idle candidates categorized by role, industry, and availability.

• Generate 2–3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief with only 10–30 minutes’ notice.

• Verify candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min, while also identifying backup candidates.

• Conclude compliance and formal matching post-closing.

• Keep CSM/TA informed about onboarding status in real time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Personally manage outbound/discovery processes through to closure, rather than simply transferring qualified leads.

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing with a genuine same-day turnaround capability.

• Comfortable with live improvisation, steering calls, and briefing candidates within 10–15 minutes.

• Quick and responsive; capable of working at a minutes-not-hours pace.

• Background in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales (preferred).

• Familiarity with async-first work in Discord/Slack (preferred).

• Experience in maintaining a proactive warm bench of backup candidates (preferred).

• Proven ability to anticipate candidate no-shows and client indecision (preferred).
