Pipeline Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on donors and provide capacity ratings and profiles for new five-figure prospects.

• Collaborate with fundraisers to identify which donors are ready to transition into a Major Gifts portfolio.

• Provide timely background information on individuals and corporations attending Foundation events and/or Obama Presidential Center tours.

• Establish and formalize a system for regularly updating Prospect Research Associates on donor-related news.

• Lead monthly and ongoing basic risk assessment and management processes for donors and prospects.

• Conduct regular pipeline-building searches utilizing both internal and external data sources.

• Produce donor and prospect profiles, along with research briefings.

• Prepare timely briefing documents to support in-person engagements.

• Identify new prospects for the Foundation.

• Report directly to the Director of Prospect Research & Portfolio Insights.

• Perform other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in donor research or a related field.

• Proficiency in various research techniques and familiarity with industry-standard vendors such as iWave and LexisNexis is preferred.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of work.

• Capability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data to uncover hidden trends.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
