Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business, IT, and digital processes to discover inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Assist in the reengineering and redesign of operational workflows.

• Play a role in developing governance frameworks, organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

• Perform or assist with maturity, readiness, and compliance evaluations.

• Collect requirements, organize evidence, and facilitate interviews and workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

• Establish KPIs, controls, conceptual dashboards, and monitoring frameworks.

• Create consulting deliverables such as AS-IS / TO-BE analyses, gap assessments, roadmaps, operating models, action plans, and executive summaries.

• Aid in the internal development of practice templates, methodologies, and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.

• Background in analyzing business, IT, and digital processes.

• Skilled in process reengineering and redesigning operational workflows.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

• Experience in conducting or assisting with maturity, readiness, and compliance evaluations.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and structuring evidence.

• Capability to prepare and lead interviews and workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in defining KPIs, controls, conceptual dashboards, and monitoring frameworks.

• Knowledge of AS-IS / TO-BE analyses, gap assessments, roadmaps, operating models, action plans, and executive summaries.

• Expertise in Business Analysis, Dashboards, Gap Analysis, KPIs, Operating Models, Process Analysis, Process Reengineering, To-Be Processes, and Business Process Modeling Notation.

• Proficient in English.

• Italian language proficiency is required.
