This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct thorough investigations to verify the circumstances surrounding complex automobile accidents.
• Assess coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.
• Evaluate potential for subrogation or fraud and manage complex case handling.
• Oversee all facets of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, exercising discretion and independence.
• Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims as necessary.
• Recognize vehicle body parts and other possible property damages.
• Understand customer requirements and address them utilizing effective customer service skills.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
• A detail-oriented professional.
• Experience and qualifications suitable for Adjuster Consultant II or Adjuster Senior Consultant I level.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational dynamics.
• Capability to investigate intricate automobile claims pertaining to coverage, liability, and damages.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Empathetic attitude.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free of distractions when working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
