Physiotherapist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough physiotherapy evaluations and safety assessments.

• Recognize clinical red flags and assess the suitability of programs.

• Effectively communicate the benefits and framework of the program to potential patients.

• Transform assessments into active patient participation.

• Utilize interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing techniques to encourage patient engagement and long-term adherence.

• Allocate time effectively to various tasks and projects based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy is required.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal and/or pelvic health disorders.

• Proficiency in AI, with a demonstrated Explorer (Level 1) competency.

• A strong passion for personalized care that acknowledges the individual as a whole.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage members through a digital care platform.

• Capability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong dedication to data security and confidentiality.

• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment tasks.

• Proficient in English.

• Access to a reliable internet connection.

• Ownership of a desktop or laptop computer.

• Familiarity with web-based tools; comprehensive training will be provided.
