Physiotherapist – Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized support to members via message-based chat and phone/video calls.

• Implement Sword’s innovative digital strategies for surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal issues.

• Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs and products through data collection and testing.

• Become a part of Sword’s remote clinical team, providing patient care through digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders.

• Proficiency in AI at least at Level 1 (Explorer), utilizing AI daily to enhance personal productivity.

• A strong commitment to personalized care and an understanding of whole-person health.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to engage members through a digital care environment.

• Competence in balancing clinical duties with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support.

• Capability to thrive under the demands of a fast-paced setting.

• A solid dedication to data security and privacy.

• Additional formal education in pelvic health, such as level 1 pelvic coursework, is advantageous.

• Experience in delivering behavioral support is a plus.
