Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients using secure telehealth platforms.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Track clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

• Keep abreast of advancements in telehealth and behavioral health practices.

• Immediately report any high-risk or safety issues to the supervisor.

• Create SMART treatment plans and oversee their completion in line with service standards.

• Fulfill requirements for evidence-based practice modalities utilized in service delivery.

• Deliver client-centered, culturally sensitive, and effective services.

• Uphold the agency’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work focusing on clinical practice, clinical or counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline.

• Training and experience in therapy/counseling for children, adults, and families.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMFT, or LMHC by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.

• Proficient in office technology, including job-related software applications and web maintenance.

• At least two years of prior experience in foster care or social services (preferred).
