This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Amend reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three separate blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project assignments while adhering to acceptance criteria and project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent direct patient care experience is required; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is essential.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills are needed, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficiency in written English (C1+) is required.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
