Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with accompanying questions, suggested answers, and misleading options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate benchmark items for accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer transparency, correctness of answers, gradeability, and quality of distractors.

• Determine whether reasoning chains arrive at conclusions based solely on facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three separate blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill tasks by specified deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the relevant medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Curriculum Vitae must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.

• Not appropriate for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
