Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Examine cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on facts from the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings followed by physician review and adjudication.

• Fulfill project responsibilities during active phases and ensure submission by required deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience is required; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate broad diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Excellent written English skills (C1+ level).

• Not eligible if you are a medical student, unlicensed medical graduate, non-physician clinician, or non-clinical healthcare professional.

• Capability to commit approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Ability to submit tasks on time and meet acceptance criteria.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.
