Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, proposed responses, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer transparency, correctness and gradability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Confirm that reasoning derives the answer solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and draft concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance medical AI tools by evaluating real clinical complexities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent direct patient care experience is preferred, ideally at an attending level.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning capabilities in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases is required.

• Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and must meet specified acceptance criteria.
