This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes alongside corresponding questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze vignettes covering a range of systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer disclosure, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Confirm that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Meet submission deadlines and adhere to specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including the ability to perform differential diagnosis, next-step management, and apply evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
