Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor “trap” options.

• Analyze diagnosis and treatment tasks across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate vignette accuracy and completeness, answer disclosure, correctness, gradeability, and quality of trap answers.

• Confirm that reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on vignette facts.

• Adjust reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Conduct three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit tasks punctually and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• CV must be submitted in English, clearly indicating English proficiency level.
