This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Examine cases across various systems, including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning traces and provide concise rationales.

• Conduct three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance medical AI tools through thorough clinical evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Must have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is required; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is necessary.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, review of clinical content or exam questions, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Must submit a CV in English and specify English proficiency level.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals in non-clinical healthcare roles.
