This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes that are paired with questions, proposed answers, and distractor “trap” answers within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess cases that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Score the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, determining if they reveal answers, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Verify whether reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reads, followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit tasks by specified deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD or DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience is preferred, ideally at the attending level.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Excellent written English proficiency (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
