This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer disclosure, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of distractors.

• Ensure that reasoning pathways lead to answers derived solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Amend reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred, ideally at the attending level.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Adherence to deadlines for task submission and compliance with specified acceptance criteria is essential.
