Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with related questions, proposed answers, and misleading trap answers.

• Examine diagnosis and treatment tasks across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning is derived solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-related tasks within set timelines and acceptance criteria.

• Contribute approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning capabilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare roles.
