This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if the reasoning leads to the answer solely based on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Assist in testing, evaluating, and enhancing medical AI systems for leading technology firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD or DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred; attending-level is ideal.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Tasks must be completed by specified deadlines and fulfill acceptance criteria.
