Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, clarity of answers, correctness and gradeability of responses, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on facts from the vignette.

• Revise reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Collaborate in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks by set deadlines and fulfill specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.
