This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess vignettes that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, disclosure of answers, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Verify if reasoning chains deduce answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide concise rationales.

• Conduct three independent blind reads followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Engage in project-based medical AI evaluation work for prominent technology companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred; attending-level experience is advantageous.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.

• Excellent written English skills (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.

• Tasks must be completed by specified deadlines and meet the acceptance criteria outlined.
