Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, assess answer disclosure, correctness, gradeability, and the quality of trap answers.

• Ensure that reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind assessments followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Fulfill project tasks within stipulated timelines and acceptance criteria.

• Enhance medical AI tools through thorough clinical evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is needed; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficiency in written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
