Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside corresponding questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Cover a range of systems, including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Verify that reasoning chains arrive at answers solely based on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind evaluations followed by physician review.

• Complete project assignments during active phases and submit them by the specified deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level status is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Excellent written English skills (C1+).

• Not to be a medical student, unlicensed medical graduate, non-physician clinician, or non-clinical healthcare professional.

• Availability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Ability to meet deadlines for task submissions and acceptance criteria.

• CV must be provided in English, indicating English proficiency level.
