Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at conclusions based solely on vignette facts.

• Rectify reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three separate blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project responsibilities during active phases, estimated to be approximately 10–20 hours weekly.

• Meet qualifications, engage in the project, complete tasks, and submit approved work for remuneration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician with a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the US, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.

• Ability to complete tasks within project timelines and fulfill specified acceptance criteria.
