This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop scheduling for physicians at hospital facilities and ensure alignment with their availability.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with hospital clients and physicians.
• Address and resolve complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts among physicians.
• Provide essential on-call support outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Oversee and update physician calendars.
• Handle travel arrangements, onboarding packets, and welcome materials for physicians.
• Organize and schedule property viewings in collaboration with leasing agents.
• Negotiate leases and contracts with housing vendors.
• Supervise housing arrangements, including leases, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and auto reports.
• Control and manage housing budgets effectively.
• Determine rental rates through market analysis, cost evaluations, and housing referrals.
• Ensure that properties are prepared for new tenants.
• Develop housing and vehicle policies and procedures; orient new physicians and enforce compliance.
• Oversee and complete automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Manage vendor contracts and their implementation processes.
• Enhance process and procedure adherence to contribute to quality patient care.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Associate's degree (two-year) or three years of experience in healthcare administration.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience working with physicians is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proficient in using sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues and the public through various channels including phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
• Capable of utilizing manual dexterity, visual acuity, and auditory acuity to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, cameras, phones, headsets, keyboards, and mice.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods at a workstation with minimal need for standing or reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
