This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop physician schedules for hospital clients and healthcare providers.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with hospital clients and physicians.
• Address and resolve complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts among physicians.
• Provide essential on-call support outside of business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Oversee and maintain physician calendars.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, hiring documents, and welcome packets for physicians.
• Organize and schedule property viewings with leasing agents.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with housing vendors.
• Manage housing operations, which include leases, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and auto reports.
• Control and manage housing budgets effectively.
• Determine rental rates based on market research, cost analysis, and housing referrals.
• Ensure properties are prepared for new tenants, including utilities, furnishings, housekeeping, and security measures.
• Develop housing and automotive policies and procedures; orient new physicians to properties and enforce guidelines.
• Oversee automotive maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed timely and within budget.
• Manage vendor contracts and implementation processes as assigned.
• Enhance process and procedure execution to promote quality patient care.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Associate's degree or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience working with physicians is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proficient in using manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, cameras, phones, headsets, keyboards, and mice.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation with minimal standing and reaching.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds at a time.
