Physician Practice Cash App Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Record and process all patient and insurance payments received electronically, via bank lockbox, or through standard US mail for all Physician Revenue Management practices.

• Analyze various types of Explanation of Benefits, comprehend reimbursement methodologies, and determine patient financial responsibilities.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of insurance products and payers.

• Detect partial payments and denials, and forward them to the relevant teams or departments.

• Reconcile all payments that have been received and documented for client physician group practices.

• High school diploma, certificate, GED, or relevant training or experience credentials.

• Strong computer and mathematical skills are essential.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Exceptional time management capabilities.

• Proficiency in multitasking and performing under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Previous experience in cashiering and/or data entry is preferred.

• Minimum required experience: 2 years.
