Physician – Men's Health, TRT – Synchronous Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional synchronous and asynchronous care by evaluating, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and adjusting medications.

• Conduct initial and follow-up appointments in real-time to assess progress and modify treatment plans.

• Offer prompt and compassionate care to patients via the platform.

• Follow the guidelines and policies set forth by Hims & Hers.

• Complete all mandatory training requirements.

• Assess and manage patients in need of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Board-Certified Physician; Board-Eligible Physicians will not be considered.

• Hold a Medical Degree (MD/DO).

• Possess an unrestricted DEA license.

• Experience in prescribing Schedule III controlled substances in KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, or Endocrinology.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical practice experience, not including orientation or training.

• At least 1 year of prior telehealth experience.

• Over 1 year of experience treating testosterone deficiency with testosterone replacement therapy.

• Actively licensed in more than five states.

• Strong diagnostic abilities.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Comfortable providing care through synchronous video and asynchronous chat.

• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits; must have an active state license in good standing.

• Skilled in utilizing online tools and technology for patient care and communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and compassion.
