This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that are accompanied by questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine whether reasoning chains arrive at answers using only the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based responsibilities within the designated project timeline and according to the acceptance criteria specified.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred, ideally at the attending level.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
