Physician, Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside related questions, proposed answers, and misleading “trap” answers in diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Ensure tasks are submitted by deadlines and conform to specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Must have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.
