This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning can derive the answer solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and create concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance AI tools through clinical assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Achieve board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Demonstrate broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in written English (C1+).

• Not open to medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Tasks must be completed by deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.
