This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, assess the correctness and gradeability of answers, and analyze the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Amend reasoning paths and draft concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based responsibilities within specified acceptance criteria and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) required.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is required.

• Experience at the attending level is preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is essential.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
