This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractor traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at conclusions based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Amend reasoning traces and provide concise rationales.

• Operate within three separate independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based responsibilities within the designated timeline and acceptance criteria outlined.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified at onboarding and checked monthly thereafter.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is mandatory.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1 or higher).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
