This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside corresponding questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers solely based on the facts provided in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and provide concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based assignments within specified timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at the time of onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare roles.
