This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor "trap" answers within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Examine cases related to cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on vignette facts.

• Correct reasoning paths and draft concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind assessments followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks for roughly 10–20 hours per week during active phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level is preferred.

• Exhibit broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Strong proficiency in written English (C1+).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
