This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested responses, and misleading distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Verify that reasoning chains derive conclusions solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Enhance medical AI tools through thorough clinical evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This role is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.

• Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and adhere to stated acceptance criteria.
