📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with related questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor options.

• Assess diagnostic and treatment activities across various organ systems.

• Score the accuracy, completeness, answer transparency, correctness, gradeability, and quality of traps in vignettes.

• Ensure that reasoning pathways lead to conclusions based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete project-specific tasks within designated timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the US, confirmed during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Currently practicing physician residing outside the US.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment knowledge in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• CV submitted in English with indicated level of English proficiency.

• Must successfully pass qualification(s).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or holders of non-clinical healthcare titles.
