This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, answer disclosure, correctness, gradeability, and trap quality of vignettes.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Perform three independent blind reads followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Submit assignments within project deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• Must have an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is required.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
