This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning traces and create concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reads followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Submit assignments by specified deadlines and satisfy the outlined acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD or DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated with the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and familiarity with evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
